1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by EGV MEDYA EĞİTİM MATBAA TURİZM VE GAYRİMENKUL İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
- Web and mobile application development
- Website design and development
- Online marketing
- Corporate identity creation
- Managed cloud hosting (Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Managed WordPress)
- Professional business email services (ProMail, M365)
3. Payment & Fees
- Development projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
- Subscription-based services: 100% upfront
- Payments accepted via Credit Card and Wire Transfer
- Due to the nature of the services, no refunds or cancellations are available.
4. Ownership & Usage
- The Company retains ownership of source code in development projects.
- Clients retain ownership of their brand name.
- For subscription-based services, the Company acts as the digital admin for hosting, domains, and emails.
5. Service Delivery & Support
- Delivery depends on project scope and service type.
- Development projects include a 1-year warranty.
- Post-delivery support is optional and billed separately.
6. Liability & Dispute Resolution
- The Company is not responsible for third-party failures but provides best-effort support.
- Disputes shall be resolved under Turkish law.
7. Confidentiality
- Client data is not shared with third parties and is used only for internal administration.
